What does the price include?
The price includes the custom made dress as well as
the postage by express Delivery. Shawl, veil or glove is not included. You
need pay extra US$25, if your size exceeds U.S.20 standard sizes.
All order free shipping?
Free Shipping is to USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, U.K., France and so on...... Other country, Such as Brazil, Turkey and other South
Africa Country, Mid Asia Country need be charged extra $30 shipping fee.
Can I make the dress from my own pattern?
If you have the pattern of a particular dress that you would like to have made, please contact us (msn or email, skype),
again, you will need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color
that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern
to us in the post and after assessing the amount of work involved and the material
that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote.
How are your prices so low?
This is very easy to answer. Our
goal is to make your wedding experience. The best possible experience it can be.
As a manufacturer, we don't incur the costs of a supplier which means Wow's Bridal
Co. Ltd sold at wholesale prices.
We are not looking to pressure our customers into buying a gown that is not right for them. We want to create a personal environment that enables our brides to trust that their own unique dream gown will be materialized.
What
is a Rush Delivery?
Pay extra US$60 for a Rush Delivery. You can get your dress
40-45 days only.
What is your return police?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled
at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot
accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications
before submitting your order. Also, standardized dye lots cannot be guaranteed for
orders with multiple gown styles. Our company only accepts returns in the case of
damaged or incorrectly delivered merchandise. If you find any flaw or damage you
think was missed during our inspection, you have 5 business days from the time
delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us, you must email a digital
picture of the damage in question to sales@cheapestweddingdress.com. Maybe all money will be
refunded after deduction of the mailing and handling fees. Mailing fees will be
charged again for any change and return of products. Please contact us within 5
days after receiving the gown.
Returned goods must be in their original condition. Return of gowns will only be
considered for notice within 15 days after receipt of products. For additional time,
we will refuse to receive the dress. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility
for the gown being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given
when placing the order.
How do I pay?
cheapestweddingdress accept PayPal payments. You can transfer your money to our bank account
if you country don't support Paypal payment, After you have transfered,please send
or fax bank transfer to us,then I'll make the dress for you.
Is there a charge for
sales tax?
There is no charge for sales tax on all orders.
How will I be notified of my order status?
We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is
imperative the customer includes an email address on their order. The first email
is sent immediately after an order is submitted to confirm your order is in our
system. The second is sent to confirm your measurement and shipping address. A shipping
confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and
will include the tracking number.
What if my payment is declined?
Orders are not
processed if the payment is declined. It is the customer's responsibility to contact
us if their payment is declined. We will then verify the payment status and instruct
our customer to resubmit the order.
How can I check the status of my order?
We notify
our customers by email at various points of the ordering process. We suggest referring
to these emails first regarding your order status. If you need additional information,

How long is shipping from your
location to me?
Orders shipping from our location normally take 7 - 15 days for
delivery. This may vary according to the Express Mail's schedule. Note delivery
may run faster than these time frames and the customer will be notified by the email
shipping confirmation.
